Array Wellness Center PC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a full-time remote clinician. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while being part of a dynamic team. Our detox center atmosphere is supportive and collaboration-driven, emphasizing safe, effective care. As a telehealth provider, you will have access to advanced technology and tools that facilitate interaction with clients and colleagues alike, rendering geographic barriers obsolete.

• Conduct initial screenings and assessments via telehealth and in-person sessions to evaluate and diagnose clients with mental health disorders.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized care plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and client feedback.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing presenting problems while empowering clients through education and support.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to align with recovery goals, ensuring timely completion of all documentation required by the organization and regulatory bodies.
• Participate in on-call support as needed, providing crisis intervention to clients outside normal hours while maintaining a compassionate, client-focused approach.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify resources and wraparound services for clients, fostering a network of support.

This role primarily serves individuals grappling with major mental illnesses and significant emotional disturbances, often from underserved backgrounds. The clinic focuses on providing high-quality, culturally competent care that respects the diverse backgrounds of our clients. Social justice and empowerment guide our practice, as we strive to remove barriers and enhance community resources for our patients.

• A valid and active LCSW license in Arizona.
• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, with a commitment to further education and professional development.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from varied socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
• Competence in crisis management and a demonstrated understanding of clinical practices, especially in the context of substance use and mental health diagnosis.
• Proficiency in technology and online tools for efficient client management and communication.

• At least 2 years of experience as a clinician, preferably in a mental health or substance use treatment setting.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and collaborative practice, particularly involving medical and behavioral health providers.
• Experience working remotely and utilizing telehealth modalities to provide client care.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
