We are a leader in the Construction Industry in search of a Foreman to join us for an amazing fulltime, long-term opportunity with a family-owned company that is ready to make a commitment to you and your career goals. With safety being our top priority, Tricon-US, LLC has exciting plans for 2026. Won't you come and join us?


What we ask from you:

  • Possess 4-6 years of related experience in Concrete and Excavation activities.
  • Experience leading crews in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be hardworking, dependable, and safety minded.
  • Willingness to work overtime up to 7 days per week if necessary.
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment and periodic screenings.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and lead your team through example.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with proof of an outstanding 5-year driving record.
  • Experience leading crews in a fast-paced environment.

Hourly Rate: $28.00-$33.00 Per Hour DOE.
