Job description

Level Ahead ABA is seeking a professional BCBA who is passionate about providing high-quality ABA therapy! BCBA's create treatment plans for clients with autism and related disorders, supervise RBT's in treatment implementation, and provide caregivers with guidance and support. Join our growing team to receive professional mentorship and be part of a collaborative effort to impact the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments

  • Create comprehensive treatment plans, including function-based behavior intervention plans, as well as skill acquisition programs

  • Train, supervise, and guide RBT's (ABA Paraprofessionals) in the implementation of treatment plans

  • Monitor ongoing ABA programs, assess and update as needed

  • Ensure accurate electronic data reflective of the client's progress on our data collection platform

  • Provide ABA training and support to parents and other caregivers

  • Coordinate treatment with other members of the client's team

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification and state licensure

  • Current malpractice insurance

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field

  • Demonstrated skill and experience implementing ABA therapy with individuals with autism and related disorders

  • Familiarity with clinical assessments such as the Vineland, VB-Mapp, ABBLS, AFFL's, etc

  • Strong supervisory and management skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to establish supportive and collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers

  • Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly

  • Access to reliable transportation, the ability to travel
