Job Description:
Respect Behavior Therapy is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA services to adult clients with developmental disabilities. This is a position offering flexible hours and meaningful, rewarding work in a supportive environment. Services are rendered in the community, adult daycare, and the client's home.

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) with relevant experience are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Work 1:1 with adult clients in their homes, implementing individualized behavior support plans

  • Follow programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Collect and record data on behaviors and skill acquisition

  • Collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure consistent and effective service delivery

  • Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous experience as a Behavior Technician or Direct Support Professional (DSP) preferred

  • Passion for working with individuals with disabilities

  • Reliable transportation to travel to client homes

  • Must pass background check and any state-required screenings

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • RBT certification (not required but a plus)
