Job Title: Mobile Radiologic Technologist (Travel Role in NY/NJ)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Temporary / Travel-Based

Location: New York / New Jersey (travel required)

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and skilled X-Ray Technician for a full-time travel role within the New York City metropolitan area, as well as Southern New York and Northern New Jersey. This position entails traveling to designated clinical sites to conduct high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging while prioritizing patient safety, comfort, and adherence to regulations set forth by the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) and the New Jersey Department of Health. If you hold a license from another state, we will assist you in obtaining your NY and/or NJ license.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic X-ray examinations following physician orders and established protocols.

  • Maintain high standards of radiation safety and image quality.

  • Prepare, operate, and uphold X-ray equipment in line with NY/NJ regulations.

  • Accurately record procedures and patient data in electronic medical records.

  • Comply with all state, federal, and facility regulations regarding radiology and patient care.

  • Travel to assigned locations across NY and/or NJ as per schedule.

  • Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient care efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Valid Radiologic Technologist License (from any state; assistance provided for obtaining NY and/or NJ licenses).

  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.

  • Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.

  • Strong understanding of radiation protection and imaging regulations.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with patients.

  • Ability to work autonomously in a mobile or travel-based environment.

Schedule & Location

  • Full-time hours available.

  • Travel-based role throughout New York State.
