Concierge Opening for Full Time Concierge for a Luxury Mixed-Use Residential & Commercial CommunityJob SummaryThe Concierge is responsible to serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests and prospective residents in a luxury apartment community. Individual should have strong organizational and communication skills dealing with residents and staff members.Job DescriptionThe primary responsibilities of the position include:Responsible for meeting, greeting and directing residents and guestsVerify and record visitor informationAnswer calls professionally and assist callers with directions or instructions for the buildingReceive and process incoming and outgoing laundry, shipments and/or mail/packagesMonitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveriesKeep the communal areas tidy and provide a security presence on-siteMaintain logbooks for visitors and contractorsObserve camera system for suspicious activityReport any maintenance concerns for repairs of available apartments, model apartment, clubhouse or common areas to the maintenance staffAssist in clean-up of resident functions Represent the community in a professional manner at all times on and off the propertyCompliance with all company, federal, state and local safety rulesImmediately report all unsafe conditions Respond immediately to spills and slippery conditionsAny and all duties associated with the successful operation of the propertyRequirementsMust be available for evening, overnight shifts and weekend hours Strong interpersonal skills, as this job requires frequent interaction and communication with building residents and guestsProficient with a computerOther RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee will need to travel from floor to floor and will need to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions.
