We'reseeking a motivatedToyota Production System (TPS) Internto join our team in Summer 2027!Thisinternshipoffers hands-on experience inindustrywhereyou'llwork on meaningful projects and gain insight into the Toyota Production System - a comprehensive manufacturing philosophy that focuses on eliminating waste, improving efficiency, and ensuring a high quality in the production process. You'll collaborate with the TPS and Weld departments, as well as mentors and leadership, building skills that will help launch your career!

WhatYou'llBe Doing:

  • Learning TPS Principles and Toyota's A3's (project planning)
  • Project planning for Kaizen events, including collection KPI's, collecting data to support project planning events, and teaching Toyota Principles.
  • Collaborating with manufacturing managers, supervisors, and production engineers.
  • Learning PowerPoint presentation skills.

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technologyor related field
