Toyota of Santa Barbara is looking for a BDC Coordinator to be the driving force behind our sales pipeline.
In this role, you'll proactively connect with prospective customers, re-engage previous leads, and generate qualified appointments for our sales team. Your ability to build relationships, stay organized, and consistently follow up will directly contribute to dealership sales success.
We're looking for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys talking with people, and doesn't give up after one call. If you're motivated by setting appointments and helping customers find the right vehicle, we'd love to meet you.
A Day in This Role
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate qualified sales appointments
  • Re-engage previous customers and inactive leads through consistent follow-up
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team and coordinate with managers on appointment availability
  • Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM
  • Build rapport with customers and identify opportunities to reconnect them with the dealership
  • Meet daily and monthly outreach and appointment goals
  • Represent Toyota of Santa Barbara with professionalism and enthusiasm on every call
