Wondries Toyota is looking for an experienced Sales BDC Representative to join our growing team! If you're driven, energetic, and know how to turn internet leads and phone calls into quality showroom appointments, we want to hear from you.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous dealership BDC experience and is looking to grow with a high-volume dealership that values teamwork, customer service, and performance.
What You'll Do
  • Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, texts, and emails.
  • Build rapport with customers while identifying their vehicle needs.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up with unsold customers through phone, text, email, and CRM campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and detailed notes in the CRM.
  • Work closely with the sales managers and sales consultants to maximize appointment show rates and sales opportunities.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and performance goals.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous Automotive Sales BDC experience is required.
  • Experience working in a dealership environment.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound customer interactions.
  • Experience with dealership CRM systems (DealerSocket or similar) is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mentality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Ability to speak Spanish/Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.

Schedule Requirements
  • Must be available to work weekends.
  • Must be available to work holidays as needed.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
