  • Strengthening global governance and compliance across reward programs.
  • Lead simplification, automation, and continuous improvement across processes, tools and technology.
  • Own end-to-end Total Rewards system, analytics and reporting infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and delivering timely, actionable insights to leadership on pay equity, program effectiveness, and return on investment
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Deep expertise in compensation programs, incentives, global benefits, and the technology to support.
  • Experience leading Total Rewards within a global organization.
  • Strong business insight with the ability to translate business strategy into people programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using market data, workforce analytics and technology applications.
  • Solid understanding of global compensation regulations and pay transparency requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or Certified Compensation
  • Professional (CCP) certification preferred.
