We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Level 3 IT Support Engineer / Systems Administrator to join our IT service team. In this role, you will support a wide variety of client networks, systems, and cloud environments while helping deliver the best possible customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide great customer service and technical support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and server issues
  • Support Microsoft environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and SSO
  • Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, wireless networks, servers, and workstations
  • Assist with system upgrades, migrations, deployments, and other client projects
  • Work with other technicians to resolve issues and complete projects
  • Keep clients informed and explain technical issues clearly
  • Maintain system documentation and technical procedures
  • Look for ways to improve client security, reliability, and performance
  • Share knowledge and help the team improve

Experience & Skill Requirements
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Able to stay organized and handle multiple priorities
  • Dependable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of issues
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Hyper-V, Intune, and SSO
  • Experience with firewalls, switches, networks, servers, and workstations
  • Willing and able to learn new technologies
  • 5+ years of technical support or systems administration experience preferred
