The Weekend Shift Welder (Fridayโ€“Sunday, 6:30 AM โ€“ 6:30 PM) plays a critical role in ensuring continuous production of high-quality welded components during weekend operations.

This position is responsible for performing precise welding tasks that meet strict safety and quality standards, directly contributing to manufacturing efficiency and product reliability. The welder works independently or as part of a team to interpret blueprints, select appropriate welding techniques, and complete assignments within required timeframes.

This role helps minimize downtime by supporting urgent welding needs and ongoing production outside of standard weekday operations while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

Schedule

Weekend Shift: Fridayโ€“Sunday, 6:30 AM โ€“ 6:30 PM

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a welder with MIG, TIG, and arc welding proficiency
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong understanding of welding safety standards and practices
  • Availability to work weekend shifts consistently
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS Certified Welder or equivalent certification
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Knowledge of metal fabrication and assembly processes
  • Familiarity with welding inspection tools and NDT methods
