WE LOVE OUR WORK.

- This position is responsible for providing a high level of guest service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members. - Tickets all incoming vehicles; surveys guest vehicles, indicating any damage on parking ticket. - Parks all incoming vehicles in a safe, responsible manner. - Returns keys to the Valet booth. - Places keys on keyboard - Picks up keys at the booth window or retrieves keys from keyboard. - Retrieves ticket from departing guest and notifies the Valet retrievers for pickup. - Retrieves all exiting vehicles in a safe, responsible manner. - Assists co-workers in clean up of areas assigned to Valet. - Hangs and retrieves coats in Coat Check. - Responds to guest inquiries, provides assistance, or directs to another area for information. - Accepts cash for Valet parking and makes change for guests as needed. - Maintains a log of the number of cars parked and retrieved. - Exercises good judgment to notify the shuttle bus of pick-up or drop-off.  - Promotes superior guest service. - Performs other related duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or equivalent is required. - 6 months of Valet experience is preferred.  - Must have a valid illinois Driver's License and be able to operate manual and automatic transmission automobiles. - Must understand and speak the English language. - This position is required to drive guest vehicles and adhere to the company MVR policy. - Must be 18 years of age or over.  

PHYSiCAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.  The employee frequently is required to stand and walk.  The employee is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  The employee requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. if eye glasses or contacts are prescribed they must be worn while working as needed.  Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. occasionally.  Required to run and work in inclement weather.
