Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Key Account Manager - Workplace Projects - to drive workplace transformation initiatives that align business needs with long-term value creation. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, translating workplace strategies into high-impact solutions that enhance employee experience, optimize workplace performance, and support operational, financial, and sustainability goals.
As an individual contributor within Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM), you will lead complex workplace projects across a global environment, collaborating with multiple functions, project teams, and external partners to deliver innovative, future-ready workplaces. This is a unique opportunity for a professional who combines strategic consulting capabilities with strong execution skills and enjoys influencing senior stakeholders while driving tangible business outcomes that support growth, collaboration, and organizational success.
You can be based in any of our offices in Americas, with preference in Denton, Texas, USA; Polanco, Mexico City, Mexico; or Panama City, Panama.
You may be required to travel 30% of your time regionally.

What you will do
As a Key Account Manager Workplace Projects, you will:
  • Act as the trusted business partner for Workplace Experience and Real Estate initiatives across the region, proactively identifying business needs and translating them into impactful workplace and real estate solutions.
  • Develop end-to-end business cases and strategic recommendations, leveraging financial and operational insights to support executive decision-making and investment prioritization.
  • Lead and coordinate external project managers and key suppliers to successfully deliver workplace and real estate projects from concept through execution.
  • Champion sustainable, accessible, and future-ready workplace solutions that support business goals and employee wellbeing.
  • Identify value engineering opportunities that optimize cost, quality, and long-term business value while maintaining a holistic project perspective.
  • Drive project performance by closely monitoring timelines, budgets, solution quality, risk management, and employee satisfaction outcomes.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective governance, clear accountability, and alignment among stakeholders, project teams, and business leaders.
  • Create inspiring workplaces that enhance collaboration, productivity, innovation, and overall employee experience.
  • Capture and integrate operational and facilities management insights to ensure seamless project execution and long-term workplace performance.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Future Workplace vision, embedding modern ways of working and workplace best practices across all projects.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with health, safety, and risk management standards throughout project delivery.
  • Lead Real Estate acquisition and divestment activities, securing optimal business value and supporting strategic portfolio decisions.
  • Proactively manage lease events and real estate portfolio activities to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions, investment optimization, and long-term business flexibility.

We believe you have
  • University degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Strategy, Facilities Management, or a similar role within complex multinational organizations.
  • Proven track record delivering workplace projects, including office relocations, fit-outs, workplace transformations, and capital investment initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and effectively engage senior business leaders.
  • Solid project management capabilities, with experience leading complex projects and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing real estate transactions, lease negotiations, and portfolio-related activities.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including the development of business cases, investment evaluations, and budget management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering business value.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience managing regional or global real estate portfolios is considered an advantage.
  • Exposure to workplace analytics, space utilization, portfolio optimization, and data-driven decision-making is preferred.
  • Experience incorporating sustainability, accessibility, and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) considerations into workplace and real estate projects is considered an advantage.
