Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapeutic interventions through comprehensive assessments and evaluations, creating tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to diverse populations, including individuals, groups, couples, and families, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, ensuring all aspects of a client’s health are addressed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, workshops, and training to enhance skills and keep updated with advancements in mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on adolescents and their families, often facing unique challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. The LPC will be instrumental in developing rapport with clients who may have limited access to mental health resources, providing them with the empathy and tailored interventions necessary for effective therapy. By creating a safe and supportive space, counselors will empower clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, leading to meaningful change.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards specific to mental health practice.
• Effective interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
