Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and individual therapy sessions, addressing an array of behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.
  • Create tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals, employing evidence-based practices and methodologies.
  • Engage in collaborative care by actively participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss case management strategies and coordinate comprehensive support for clients.
  • Document client progress meticulously to track treatment outcomes, using electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and evidence-based interventions in behavioral health to ensure the delivery of the highest standard of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The population served primarily includes teenagers and young adults who may be experiencing a range of issues from mental health disorders to adjustment challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California or eligibility for licensure.
