Job description

Full-Time Montessori Teachers

A Little Journey Montessori School — Bozeman, MT

Join Our Growing Team!
A Little Journey Montessori is looking for passionate, full-time teachers to join our classrooms — infant (Nido) and toddler (Pre-Primary). Whether you’re an experienced Montessori guide or a talented early childhood educator ready to grow into the method, we want to hear from you.

This is more than a teaching job. The opportunities for our team — we’re actively looking to develop teachers into lead roles, mentor positions, and future leadership within the school. We help to foster and encourage continuing education, especially in the Montessori method of teaching. If you’re looking for a place to build a long-term career, not just fill a position, this is it.

What You’ll Do:
  • Teach in a warm, prepared Montessori environment for children ranging from 6 weeks through 3 for our infant and toddler classrooms.
  • Foster independence, curiosity, and a love of learning in every child.
  • Partner with families and fellow teachers to support each child’s development.
  • Help shape the culture and future of our school.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working with young children (infant and toddler) preferred.
  • Montessori certification is a plus, but not required.
  • A nurturing, patient, and observant approach to teaching.
  • Reliability and a genuine love for early childhood education.
  • Willingness to be flexible and adaptive to the environment.

A Little Journey Montessori School is dedicated to nurturing every child’s natural love of learning in a warm, prepared environment from infancy through kindergarten.
