Working within a school setting, you will collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other stakeholders to support the mental health needs of students. Our collaborative team works remotely yet maintains active communication to provide the best support to our clients. • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations to identify the needs of students and their families.
• Develop and present detailed treatment plans to the Clinical Development and Review Panel (CDRP) and treatment team for continual improvement and approval.
• Engage in clinical case conferences to discuss patient progress and refine treatment approaches based on collaborative insights.
• Deliver educational workshops on chemical dependency, targeting essential skills and knowledge for symptom management and recovery.
• Provide individualized and group counseling sessions focused on chemical dependency issues, addressing both symptoms and underlying factors.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for adolescents, significant others, families, and multi-family groups, helping them navigate challenges in the context of their relationships and support systems.
• Offer case management services that include resource identification and referral coordination to ensure comprehensive support for students.

You will primarily work with adolescents facing mental health and substance use challenges. Our clients often experience complex struggles that impact not only their academic performance but also their personal lives and family dynamics. As a clinical social worker, your role will be crucial in empowering these individuals to achieve their goals and overcome obstacles.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
• Current Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Washington state is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in supervised addiction therapy within the last five years is essential for this role.

• Experience working in educational settings, with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by students in school environments.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in addiction counseling and mental health.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth practices.
