• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients seeking mental health services, utilizing standardized testing and interviews to gather information.
• Create customized treatment plans based on individual client needs and monitor progress towards therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to client preferences and issues.
• Document all client interactions accurately, maintaining confidential records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in staff meetings, consultations, and training workshops.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, leveraging diverse expertise to deliver holistic mental health services.
• Support clients with dual diagnoses by addressing both mental health disorders and substance use challenges.

Our clinic serves a diverse array of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, each presenting unique challenges related to mental health and substance use. You will work with individuals from various backgrounds and circumstances, ensuring they receive compassionate care tailored to their specific needs. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling is essential.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to engage with clients effectively.
• Proven capability to build and sustain meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.

• Experience working in community health settings or clinics is preferred.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team framework.

The annual salary for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
