Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to outline individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring clarity on therapeutic goals from the outset.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups using diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Monitor client progress through data-driven methodologies, adjusting treatment approaches based on efficacy and client feedback.
• Engage in regular collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic solutions to complex emotional problems.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in line with ethical standards and state regulations, ensuring compliance and fostering trust with clients.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills through participation in professional development workshops and training sessions relevant to the evolving fields of therapy and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services within a clinical or outpatient setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with various therapy modalities and therapeutic techniques.
• Previous experience working within a multidisciplinary team and understanding collaborative care.

Compensation and Benefits

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 300,000 to 400,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
