We are looking for a highly organized and collaborative individual to help drive the daily marketing initiatives for Running Warehouse. Whether you are coordinating campaigns, managing marketing projects, or collaborating with internal teams and external partners, we want you to bring a passion for marketing, strong attention to detail, and an ability to execute effectively. In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies while helping create meaningful connections with the running community.

Purpose:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily tasks related to the marketing initiatives for Running Warehouse. This role involves supporting the development and execution of global marketing strategies. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Buying, Marketing, Graphics, and Programming teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all marketing efforts.


Primary Duties:

· Assist in the planning and development of strategies for increasing engagement and conversion.

· Coordinate and run monthly marketing meeting.

· Maintain the consistency of brand messaging and voice across all marketing channels.

· Collaborate on brand marketing initiatives.

· Gather vendor assets and distribute to necessary departments.

· Help facilitate marketing strategy across multiple platforms.

· Collaborate with other departments to manage calendar, identify key products and coordinate marketing efforts.

· Format projects into project management software.

· Maintain project progress by following up on the tasks that need to be completed and communicate with graphics and programming.
