Cherokee Town & Country Club in Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire a Massage Therapist to join our Fitness Team. The primary role of the Massage Therapist is to promote and provide exemplary massage therapy practices to all members and their guests. This individual should develop and maintain their skill level to ensure the best experiences are available to Club Members. We pay a competitive rate of $14 per hour for all admin duties and 70% commission.
Our Group Fitness Instructors earn a competitive commission rate based on experience. We also offer free meals while on duty, free parking, a work uniform, employee golf available on most Mondays, employee recognition opportunities, employee appreciation events, and a MARTA discount. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
As a massage Therapist you will delivery targeted sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, and recovery-fy focused treatments. Assist members with muscle recovery, injury prevention, and mobility enhancement. Collaborate with fitness professionals to support overall performance goals. Educate members on recovery strategies and body maintenance. Promote wellness services within a premier private club setting.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on professional massage experience.
  • Certification in Sports Managements or neuromuscular Therapy (Required)
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, movement patterns, and recovery techniques.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with members.
  • High Energy, professional presence, and commitment to excellence.
  • Graduate of a state-certified massage therapy program (600+ hours)
  • Active Georgia Massage Therapy License.
  • Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
