Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spanish-English bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our clinic team in Austin, TX. We have openings for a full-time speech-language pathologist with benefits as well as a part-time contract position. We are seeking a SLP who has experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and social communication disorders in the pediatric population.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language abilities in patients.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and needs.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills, including articulation, fluency, and language comprehension.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care and progress.
  • Provide early intervention strategies for children with speech and language delays.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech therapy and related fields.
