Job Summary
Castalia Systems is seeking a senior Imagery Analyst, to perform GEOINT analysis of underground facilities (UGFs) and command, control, communication, computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4JSR) facilities and networks, and target materials production (IMP).
Roles and Responsibilities
A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:
  • Provide advanced analytical support, support systems analysis of specialized NTM, and apply specialized NTM theory and applications to meet operational needs.
  • Perform imagery research and analysis by researching current and historical softcopy imagery, which may include imagery from NTM, airborne, or civil/commercial sensors.
  • Produce structured observation datasets as well as standard NGA imagery analysis products.
  • Collaborate with NGA imagery and geospatial analysts and other intelligence officers and engineers.
  • Produce standard NGA imagery analysis products, supporting crisis operations as necessary. This effort will require regular collaboration with NGA imagery and geospatial analysts and other intelligence officers and engineers, and analysts.
  • Provide expertise in the analysis of hardened and deeply buried targets (HDBT).
  • Work effectively with NGA and other analysts and engineers to identify specialized NTM sensor applications and collections that provide additional details about the configuration or character of target HDBTs that cannot be obtained via other sources and produce specialized NTM-derived analysis and products for incorporation into NGA and intelligence products.
  • Provide expertise in the analysis ofC41 networks in the COCOMS supporting crisis operations as necessary
  • Engage current Analytic Workflow Modernization (AWM) Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP's) as developed and implemented.
  • Provide imagery analyst expertise to produce, collect, and perform data integrity quality checks on all Geospatially Enabled Target Materials (GETM) outlines as assigned by Government Civilians (GOV CIV).
  • Work effectively with NGA and NSG/ASG analysts to increase our data holdings in critical areas of responsibility, against a wide array of CCMD requirements and Joint Targeting Enterprise.
  • Provide regular collaboration with NGA imagery and geospatial analysts, CCMD targeting offices, and federated production partners as requested by Government Civilians (GOVCIV).

Required Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of demonstrated experience providing support with spatial and temporal analysis of OSINT, HUMINT and SIGINT reporting for characterization of GEO INT analysis.
  • 3-5 years of intelligence analysis experience in the Intelligence Community or military
  • commands at the national and tactical levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in researching NTM or NRO-collected, commercial and airborne imagery sources.
  • Completed an Imagery Anal)'sis Curriculum through the Military or Intelligence Community.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with national and service intelligence agencies/centers.
  • Strong knowledge in the tasking of overhead intelligence collection systems.
  • Strong knowledge of NTM, airborne, and civil/commercial sensors providing hardcopy and softcopy imagery including historical imagery.
  • Strong knowledge of digital data including but not limited to, commercial imagery, NTM, airborne, motion and full motion imagery, panchromatic data, spectral data, and SAR data.
  • Strong knowledge of Manual light tables and electronic light tables functionalities.
  • Working knowledge of systems and software programs such as: Remote View, Socet GXP, ERDAS Imagine, ArcGIS. ArcPro.
  • Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills with an ability to present and discuss technical and procedural aspects of imagery software.
