As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), youโ€™ll work in homes, schools, and community environments to deliver high-quality, individualized ABA services.ย 
Your responsibilities will include implementing behavior plans developed by a BCBA, delivering direct instruction, collecting accurate behavioral data, and maintaining strong communication with families and team members.ย

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Applied Behavior Analysis intervention to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or related exceptionalities.
  • Provide intervention as outlined in the clientโ€™s program by the associated BCBA.
  • Collect and displayย data in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Assist in updating the client's program as instructed by the associated BCBA.
  • Implement behavioral procedures for inappropriate/maladaptive child behaviors as instructed or as outlined in clientโ€™s program.
  • Maintainย records in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Adhereย to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Notifyย management of emergencies or significant incidents; suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation; and/or changes in client status in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Arriveย to appointments, meetings, trainings, etc. at scheduled time.
  • Returnย phone calls, electronic mail, and other correspondence in a timely fashion.
  • Conductย self in a professional manner and treatย all clients, customers, co-workers, and others with dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Followย all clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
  • Performย related duties asย assigned.
Requirements:
  • Preferred bachelor's degree. High School Diploma or working on bachelorโ€™s degree in special education, early childhood education, speech/language disorders, psychology, or related field.
  • Satisfactorily completed a minimum 40-hour RBT certification course from an accredited institution.
  • 1 year experience working with children.
  • Proficientย in English. Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese/English) preferred.
  • Dependable andย passionate aboutย helping children and adolescents.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and car insurance. Ability to get to and from appointments.
  • Must have successfully passedย criminal background screening.
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
