Job description

About Carry On Therapy

At Carry On Therapy, we believe ABA services should fit into real life and meet each family where they are. We take the time to understand each client’s routines, strengths, culture, language, and goals so services feel helpful, practical, and supportive.

We value teamwork, ethical care, and making sure our clients, families, and clinicians feel heard, respected, and supported.

Position Overview

Carry On Therapy is looking for a Spanish-speaking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team.

This is a fully remote position serving clients in Tennessee. You do not have to live in Tennessee, but you must have an active Tennessee LBA/LBS license and meet the requirements to provide services to Tennessee clients.

This position is a great fit for someone who truly cares about helping Spanish-speaking families receive quality ABA services in the language they feel most comfortable using.

You will work closely with clients, families, caregivers, RBTs, and the clinical team to provide individualized and meaningful care. We welcome both newly certified and experienced BCBAs and provide support, mentorship, and a team that wants to see you succeed.

Responsibilities

Complete functional behavior assessments and skill-based evaluations

Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

Provide clinical services and caregiver training in both English and Spanish

Explain treatment recommendations, goals, and progress clearly to Spanish-speaking families

Supervise, train, and support RBTs and behavior technicians

Review clinical data and make treatment decisions based on client progress

Work closely with families, caregivers, school teams, and other providers

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Follow BACB ethical guidelines, state requirements, and company policies
