Requirements
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening (non-THC)
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions, patterns, drawings, and product specifications
  • Ability to perform basic sewing tasks, accurately measure materials, and work with a variety of fabrics and adhesives
  • Strong attention to detail, quality standards, and accuracy
  • Previous sewing, manufacturing, upholstery, textile, or production experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of industrial single-needle or walking foot sewing machines preferred

  • Job Duties

  • Assemble materials and components according to patterns and product specifications
  • Operate a walking foot sewing machine to complete finished products

  • Ensure proper matching and placement of materials and notions
  • Inspect work for quality and accuracy
  • Follow established production processes and quality standards
  • Complete assigned work orders and production tasks on schedule
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Sit for extended periods while performing detailed sewing work
  • Frequently use hands and arms to handle materials, equipment, and finished products

Schedule
  • Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week
  • Work schedule to be determined at time of hire

Pay Rate
