Job description

Job Summary:
If you love being outside and want a job where no two days are ever the same, we might have the perfect opportunity for you! Our Parking Lot has a variety of areas, each with its own unique responsibilities and Team Members frequently rotate between them. You might help direct traffic before park opens and operate a tram in the morning - all while providing excellent and safe service. You will be the first to greet guests that come from all over the country to visit our 1880's theme park, Silver Dollar City, located in Branson MO. Silver Dollar City is open rain or shine so a team member must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
This position starts now and ends 01/02/2027.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Qualifications:

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned to assist the Attractions teams.
  • Directing vehicle traffic to appropriate parking areas and directing vehicles into parking spaces.
  • Assist paid parking guests as necessary.
  • Provides safe transportation to and from our park by trams.
  • Providing information and safety instructions to a large number of people.
  • Provide assistance in helping guests locate their vehicles and directing them to the appropriate waiting areas or to guest walkways for those who choose to walk.
  • Give announcements over a microphone.
  • React calmly and quickly in emergency situations.
  • Keep assigned areas clean of trash, natural debris and bodily fluids.
  • Must be comfortable working near moving mechanical parts.
  • Ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards.

Certificates/Licenses:
Must have a valid Driver's License.
