To thrive as a Full Time Shot Blast Operator, you need mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and basic math skills, often complemented by a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with shot blasting machines, safety protocols, and material handling equipment is typically required, and OSHA safety certification may be beneficial. Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and reliability help operators work efficiently and safely as part of a production team.
