Description Nelson Intelligence Solutions is seeking a qualified Front End Developer to work onsite at multiple locations. Candidates will develop visualization software to understand data where proximity and location matter. Your work will help developer communities re-imagine the capabilities of location-aware software applications that enable real-world improvements.

This team supports Defense and Intel clients. You will be part of a talented cross-functional team of dynamic and passionate engineers to deliver capabilities that enable our customers to make a difference in communities around the world. You will be part of a team that influences lasting contributions for communities with the web and mobile applications you create.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed and reliability
  • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
  • Support production systems and troubleshoot issues as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional software development experience
  • Professional experience with web design and web front end development
  • Experience with front-end development libraries, such as React, Angular, Vue, etc.
