Weโ€™re looking for aย Machine Operatorย to join our dedicated production team. This hands-on role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly. Youโ€™ll work with a variety of production equipment, including SMT Pick & Place machines, Through-Hole Insertion, Sequencers, Wave Solder, and Reflow systems.

Whether you're adjusting settings or catching issues before they become problems, your work helps ensure we build high-quality products that exceed expectations.

Work just 3 nights a week, and enjoy a 4-day weekend every week!

This position follows a Thursday-Saturday, 5:00 PM โ€“ 5:00 AM night shift schedule.

As aย Machine Operator, youโ€™ll set up, run, and maintain production equipment used in electronics assembly, including:

  • SMT Pick & Place
  • Through-Hole Insertion
  • Sequencing Machines
  • Wave Flow & Reflow Solder

Youโ€™ll play a vital role in keeping production efficient, accurate, and aligned with Milwaukee Electronicsโ€™ high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read job specifications and set up machines accordingly
  • Operate production equipment with attention to quality and efficiency
  • Use computer programs to access and follow assembly instructions
  • Monitor machines to detect defects or malfunctions and correct or route as needed

Qualifications
