Wind Japanese and Thaiis an upscale All-You-Can-Eat Japanese and Thai restaurant found in 2011. During the past decade, Wind has received many applauses from the local community and has become one of the most popular restaurants around the Niagara region.
With the fast and stable growth, Wind has opened three branches (St. Catharines, Niagara Falls and Mississauga) and developed two sub-brands (East IzakayaandMa Chinese Cuisine). Now we are seeking talents to join our team of Server. Servers are waiters or waitresses who provide the best service by recommending new food, handling dish serving pace and taking care of customers` dining needs.
Work Hours
- Both full-time (30 hours or more per week) and part-time are available;
- Whole-day shift: about 7 to 10 hours;
- Half-day shift: about 3 to 6 hours;

Job Duties
- Greet customers and introduce the menu;
- Provide the best table service;
- Promote seasonally special dishes or drinks;
- Send the orders and modify certain dishes when needed;
- Collect suggestions from customers and report to managers;
- Ensure all opening and closing tasks are completed on time;
- Participate in monthly or weekly cleaning and staff meetings;
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older;
- High school education or equivalent;
- Smart Serve is necessary;
- Can work at a fast pace under heavy pressure;
- Have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays;
- Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs and stand for a long time;
- Hospitality education background is a strong asset but not necessary;
- A valid Canadian driver's license is a strong asset but not necessary;
- Prior experience is necessary;
