As a full-time Senior Physical Therapist at our outpatient office, you will work within a collaborative and dynamic team environment from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8 AM and 3 PM. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of clinical and administrative tasks:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of newly referred patients to develop personalized physical therapy intervention plans.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical outcomes, ensuring each patient receives the most effective therapeutic interventions.
• Utilize our electronic medical record system to complete mandatory documentation, including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and comprehensive care plans in a timely fashion.
• Educate patients and their families about their treatment regimen, home exercises, and coping strategies to manage injuries or conditions.
• Regularly participate in interdisciplinary meetings to collaborate on patient care and provide holistic treatment strategies for clients receiving multiple services.
• Foster a supportive clinic culture that prioritizes patient well-being while achieving operational goals and maintaining effective communication across teams.

Our patient population is diverse, including children, adults, and seniors from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds. • A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
