Join us! WHAT ARE THE HOURS AS A SENIOR ESTIMATOR?This is a full-time, in-office position with 45 - 50 hours per week. While you'll primarily work from our Glendale, AZ office, you will also travel to job sites in the area to oversee projects and ensure successful execution. This is not a remote position. All of our jobs are in the greater Phoenix area so no overnights needed. WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?As a Senior Estimator , you will be responsible for developing highly accurate commercial electrical estimates using McCormick Estimating Software and other industry tools. You will perform detailed take-offs, update material pricing, and present competitive proposals to clients, ensuring that every bid is structured, thorough, and timely.Your responsibilities will include preparing for upcoming work by developing accurate cost assessments, analyzing financial impacts, and recommending adjustments as needed. You will ensure that key materials and resources are properly evaluated, budgeted, and coordinated in a timely manner. As part of our strategic executive team, you will maintain a broad organizational perspective, supporting operational needs through informed estimating practices that contribute to the company's overall growth and efficiency. You will work closely with field leaders and office staff to support accurate cost oversight, provide guidance on technical estimating matters, and help strengthen company processes and best practices. IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?8+ years of experience in commercial electrical estimatingValid AZ driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong understanding of ground-up commercial projects ($250,000 - $2 million)Extensive knowledge of NEC codes and industry best practicesExperience with McCormick Estimating Software (preferred) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsConfirmable professional referencesWe've made it easy to take the next step!
