Full-Time Security Officer / Patrol Officer

We are seeking a professional and dependable Full-Time Security Officer / Patrol Officer for a commercial Class A building.

The Security Officer / Patrol Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment for tenants, visitors, staff, and the surrounding property.

Schedule: Monday through Friday8:00 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM

Position Summary: The Security Officer / Patrol Officer will conduct interior and exterior patrols, monitor building activity, maintain a visible security presence, and help ensure that sidewalks, entrances, and exterior areas remain clear, safe, and accessible. This position requires professionalism, strong observation skills, and the ability to communicate respectfully while following all site procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols of the commercial Class A building
  • Maintain a visible and professional security presence
  • Monitor entrances, sidewalks, parking areas, and common areas
  • Help ensure sidewalks and entryways remain clear, safe, and accessible
  • Address loitering, unauthorized activity, or safety concerns in a professional manner
  • Report incidents, hazards, or unusual activity to the supervisor or property management
  • Complete daily activity reports and incident reports as required
  • Provide professional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff
  • Follow all post orders, company policies, and site-specific procedures
