About the Role Dunbar Security Solutions is hiring a dependable Full-Time Security Officer for a residential community in Maryland. This position is responsible for helping maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, contractors, visitors, and company property during daily operations.

The ideal candidate is attentive, professional, and comfortable working independently in an active industrial setting. Officers in this role are expected to remain alert, respond appropriately to incidents, and maintain a visible security presence throughout the community..

MUST HAVE RELIABLE PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional and visible presence throughout assigned areas of the property
  • Monitor entrances, gates, and restricted access points
  • Observe surveillance systems, alarms, and access control equipment
  • Report suspicious activity, unsafe conditions, or policy violations promptly
  • Respond to alarms, emergencies, or incidents following site procedures
