Overview

Chenega is seeking dedicated Armed Security Guards to support the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) in Pubelo, CO. In this impactful role, you'll help safeguard government personnel, facilities, and assets while serving as a trusted security professional in a mission-driven environment

Responsibilities
  • Protect government personnel, facilities, and property through proactive security enforcement and site monitoring.
  • Perform essential security functions, including access control, patrols, inspections, traffic management, and screening activities.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to emergencies, security incidents, and unusual situations to maintain a safe environment.
  • Communicate effectively with government personnel, visitors, and team members while completing accurate reports and documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED, at least 21 years of age, and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Two (2) years of experience in security, law enforcement, military police, or a related field.
  • Ability to successfully pass required background investigations, including security and NCIC screenings.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain and maintain all required licenses, certifications, and training
