What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with experience in the security industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, servicing, and maintaining low voltage systems, including security cameras, access control systems, intercoms, and burglar alarms. If you’re a reliable Project Manager with a passion for problem-solving and personal growth, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and maintain physical security devices in both commercial and residential settings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with low voltage systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to assess needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls and installations.
  • Collaborate with team members to innovate and improve service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in low voltage work, specifically in security systems (cameras, access control, intercoms, burglar alarms).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management abilities.
  • A dedicated and hard-working attitude with a desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Familiarity with new technologies and a willingness to embrace innovation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in a technician role within the security industry.
  • Certifications related to low voltage systems or security systems are a plus.
