Customer Service Representative

Location: Newtown, PA

Pay: $18/hr - $27/hr + performance spiffs (clear path to $56K/year)

Schedule: Full-time, 2 Schedule Options Available. Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

What You'll Be Responsible For

You'll manage the first impression and set the tone for every interaction.

  • Answer inbound calls and guide customers through service needs
  • Schedule appointments using judgment, not rigid scripts
  • Build trust through listening, empathy, and clarity
  • Navigate objections and help customers make informed decisions
  • Coordinate with dispatch and field teams for accuracy
  • Maintain detailed notes and ensure strong follow-through
  • Support membership, financing, and next-step conversations
  • Stay composed during high call volume
