Position Summary:

Our client is seeking an operations-focused SAP Manufacturing Analyst to support manufacturing operations within a discrete manufacturing plant. • Troubleshoot production order issues, backflush errors, MRP discrepancies, routing issues, and other manufacturing master data problems by working directly with plant personnel.
  • Support Engineering Change Notices (ECNs/ECMs), manufacturing process changes, and New Product Introductions (NPI) by updating and validating SAP manufacturing data.
  • Partner with manufacturing teams to improve production efficiency, data accuracy, and overall manufacturing performance through SAP.
  • Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and help improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) across the manufacturing operation.
  • Perform routine audits of manufacturing master data and implement corrective actions to ensure SAP accurately supports production requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on SAP PP/MM experience within a discrete manufacturing environment.
  • Significant experience supporting manufacturing operations and working directly with shop floor personnel.
  • Experience serving as the internal owner of SAP PP/MM manufacturing master data, including Material Masters, Bills of Material (BOMs), Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, and MRP.
  • Experience validating SAP master data against actual manufacturing processes on the shop floor.
  • Experience supporting Production Orders, Engineering Change Notices (ECNs/ECMs), manufacturing process changes, and New Product Introductions (NPI).
  • Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing operations, production workflows, and shop floor processes.
  • Experience supporting Lean Manufacturing initiatives and improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and communication skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship Required.

Compensation:
