Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join
our growing team. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across
multiple departments within the Manufactured Housing (MH) and RV industries. The ideal
candidate is passionate about building relationships, creating exceptional candidate experiences,
and partnering with hiring managers to fill positions efficiently while maintaining a high
standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and
workforce planning.
• Develop and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
• Source passive and active candidates using job boards, social media, networking,
referrals, and other recruiting strategies.
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications,
experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Present qualified candidates with detailed interview summaries and recommendations.
• Extend verbal offers and assist with offer negotiations when appropriate.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks, employment
verification, and onboarding documentation.
