• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to create personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific therapeutic goals.
• Administer a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programming, and modality utilization, to relieve pain and improve mobility.
• Document patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with both clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
• Regularly reassess patients, modifying treatment plans as necessary based on their progress and changing needs.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members about prescribed treatment plans, including the use of assistive devices or home exercise programs.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements through continuous education workshops, professional development, and networking opportunities.

Your primary focus will be on adult and pediatric patients experiencing rehabilitation needs due to injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. You will work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, tailoring your approach to accommodate their unique challenges and goals. Your ability to build rapport and effectively communicate will be crucial for motivating patients and fostering adherence to their therapy regimens.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively document patient progress and collaborate with team members.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic documentation systems and standard office software for patient records management.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment, demonstrating flexibility in your treatment approaches.

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting is preferred but not mandatory for new graduates willing to engage in mentorship opportunities.
• Proficiency in specialized therapeutic techniques or modalities is a plus.
