Job description

Youth Consultation Service (YCS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary treatment team, including Psychiatrists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and Residential Counselors.

This position provides nursing coverage across three residential locations:

  • Davinchi – Branchburg, NJ

  • Emmans – Flanders, NJ

  • Pamela – Randolph, NJ

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Nursing. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, flexible scheduling, and a signing bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing coverage across assigned residential and group home sites.

  • Meet daily with Site Administrators to review assignments and priorities.

  • Deliver medical care, promote health maintenance, and provide health education to clients.

  • Arrange and/or accompany clients to medical appointments and follow-up screenings in a timely manner (within two weeks).

  • Administer immunizations in accordance with New Jersey State law and maintain accurate immunization records.

  • Oversee the ordering, storage, and control of medications and first aid supplies.

Qualifications
  • Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license.

  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience working with adults.

  • Experience supporting individuals with psychiatric and/or medical needs preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
