  • Utilizes the nursing process to provide safe therapeutic care for patients Assessment, Planning, Implementation, Evaluation

  • Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients.

  • Identifies changes in patient's condition and intervenes appropriately.

    Provides patient care for a given patient assignment, either as a primary caregiver or by delegating and supervising as a team leader.

  • Works collaboratively with physician. Reviews orders. Reports abnormal lab values and significant changes in patient findings.

  • Works collaboratively with patients and family to establish a plan of care, which would include an assessment of psychosocial needs.

  • Demonstrates knowledge and safe operation of equipment pertinent to patient care and unit management.

  • Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of work experience.
  • Registered Nurse: CA RN
  • Basic Life Support - CPR BLS, within 30 Days
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, within 30 Days 
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program - NRP, within 30 Days
