Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Full Time Day Shift team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center. As a Registered Nurse with our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. Our care center is dedicated to helping our residents maximize their potential and live their lives to the fullest, and we are looking for a dedicated and caring nurse to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting medical records

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members

  • Monitor and report patient conditions to physicians and other healthcare professionals

  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers of patients
