Location: Lakeland, FL
Shift: Full-Time | All Shifts
Salary: Up to $40/hour, depending on experience

Job Summary:
Wedgewood Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support the health and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee nursing staff and ensure residents receive care in accordance with individual care plans and state regulations.

  • Coordinate and delegate nursing assignments based on staff qualifications and resident needs.

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and ongoing education to nursing staff.

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

  • Respond promptly to emergencies and medical situations, providing appropriate interventions.

  • Perform additional duties as required to support resident care and facility operations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

  • Valid RN license in the state of Florida.
