Job description

Landmark Hospitals is hiring full-time Registered Nurses for our Day Shift at the Joplin, MO location! (Night shift schedules also available)
New competitive hourly rates and sign-on bonus available.

**Up to $15,000 sign on bonus, depending on your experience! **

Shifts Available:

  • 3 x 12-hour shifts
  • Day shift 6:30 am - 7:00 pm

RN Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive patient assessments
  • Providing care for patients and management of their conditions, with regard to vital signs and lab work
  • Collaborating with Physicians and various disciplines within the hospital in order to manage patient care
  • Assisting the medical staff with in-house procedures
  • Interacting and communicating with patient family members

RN Qualifications:

  • Valid RN License in the state of MO or Compact RN License
  • BLS and ACLS certification (BLS required to start, ACLS required within 60 days of hire)
  • Ability to assess patients quickly in emergency situations in a stressful environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superior analytical and critical thinking skills
