Requirements

  • Current, unrestricted Arizona RN Nursing License
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current TB test
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen
  • Reliable transportation, valid Arizona Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
  • Experience with quadriplegic care, including:
    • Patient assessments
    • Bowel and bladder care
    • Complex/private duty nursing needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail
  • Ability to complete timely and accurate documentation
