Job description

SUMMARY This Registered Nurse position is located at St. Anne's Hospital in Fall River, MA on the St. James Unit.

This night position is full-time at 36 hours per week. The RN is responsible for providing direct patient care based on the nursing process within assigned work periods. They function as a member of a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes consistent with the comprehensive plan of care.

The RN participates in activities to achieve clinical, financial and organizational outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES Knowledge of nursing process, social, behavioral and biological sciences normally acquired via approved nursing program.

Able to provide age and culturally specific care to the population served. Ability to analyze data, to synthesize and summarize information and to make judgements regarding patient care. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS For specialty areas, related experience and qualifications may be required.

EDUCATION Associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing. BSN strongly preferred.
