Job description

Join our team at Cape Regency Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, a leader in continuum of care services, as we seek a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to our residents.

Full-time on the 11p-7a shift. Base pay is $45 an hour, and then there is a $2.50 differential on weekdays and $4 on weekends. Weekly pay.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Cape Regency Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants to ensure the highest degree of quality care. You will also maintain current resident care plans, follow physician's orders, and document comprehensive and complete nursing notes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident

  • Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under your care

  • Follow physician's orders and administer medication as necessary

  • Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes

  • Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs

  • Maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert list

  • Document and report any unusual or significant findings

Requirements

  • Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing or college

  • Must be CPR certified

  • Must have a current and active RN license in the state, or be in the process of obtaining one
